THE LOCKKEEPER'S QUAY - LICENCE BY ACQUISITION CHANNEL
Version 1.0 | Kucraft | 3 October 2026

1. ACQUIRED THROUGH FAB
Content acquired through Fab is licensed under the Fab Standard License / Fab
End User License Agreement applicable to that acquisition:
https://www.fab.com/eula
The separate direct-download terms below do not apply to Fab acquisitions and
do not supersede, narrow or add restrictions to the Fab EULA. Keep your Fab
acquisition record. This file is not a replacement for the Fab EULA.

2. ACQUIRED DIRECTLY FROM KUCRAFT (INCLUDING GUMROAD / ITCH)
For a lawful direct acquisition, Kucraft grants you a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive licence to use and modify the supplied original assets, generator
source and documentation in personal and commercial projects. The same rights
apply to the free mooring-point sample; no paid pack purchase is required.

You may distribute games, applications, films, renders and other finished
creative projects incorporating these assets. You may share source assets
privately with collaborators and clients who need them for that project, with
these terms preserved. Attribution is optional; "The Lockkeeper's Quay - Kucraft"
is welcome. No per-project royalty is due to Kucraft.

You may not sell, give away, sublicense or publish the supplied source assets
or modified standalone versions as an asset pack, model library, template
resource or competing stock download. Collaborators may use shared source
assets for your project, not an unrelated standalone asset distribution. Do
not falsely claim the supplied original assets were created entirely by you.

The files are provided as-is. No particular engine integration, financial
result or fitness for a specific purpose is promised. Nothing in these terms
limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Keep a backup of
your acquisition and this licence. These terms do not assert exclusive rights
over ideas, general object designs or material that is not legally protected.

3. CODE AND THIRD-PARTY NOTICES
The Godot/Scripts/*.gd files and their copies in Source/Templates are offered
separately under the MIT terms in CODE-LICENSE.txt. This permission applies to
those scripts only. The geometry, images, palettes, scene files, Python
geometry generators and documentation remain under the asset terms above.

The PDF guides embed DejaVu font subsets. Their notices are reproduced in
THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. No third-party models, texture maps or HDR images are
required by the model files. Blender and Godot executables are not bundled.
